Effective Monday, November 13, 2023 at 8 PM CT, DRF Sportsbook will cease operations at our retail location inside of Lakeside Hotel Casino located at
777 Casino Dr, Osceola, IA 50213.

There was a time when Iowa regulations mandated that we have a retail location for sign-ups and placing bets, but that is no longer the case. We have noticed more demand for online sports wagering, and we will be redirecting our focus into that project to hopefully provide a better experience for you, our valuable customers.

The retail sports book area will remain open as a lounge for viewing all of your favorite games.

We appreciate your continued business, and want to encourage you to play with us online at ia.drf.com and via our mobile apps located in the App Store and Google Play.

If your bet has not yet settled or you cannot come in person to the DRF Sportsbook counter before the deadline, you may redeem your payout at the Lakeside Casino cage during normal business hours or via our mail pay process which can be found on the back of your bet slip.

Wagers paying more than $1,999.00 or that require W-2G tax withholdings must be mailed in via the mail pay process.
